Such a great experience with SI Retail! I needed a rack last minute and had to organise an Uber courier, and they made it so easy. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Katherine was fantastic to deal with — super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointed with my first and last interaction with Siretail. I went in to the showroom today to make a small purchase of a product that came up in my google search. The lady who served me was abrupt and rude, she pointed out it was a minimum $50 purchase, to which I replied oh sorry I wasn’t aware thats ok and went to leave.
