I bought gondola shelving for my business and was very impressed with both the product and the service. The shelving is of excellent quality, durable, and has given my store a clean, professional look. It was surprisingly easy to set up, and the customer service team provided outstanding support at every step. A really positive experience from start to finish.
I ordered lightboxes, sign boxes, and sign holders from this company 3 weeks ago. Every time I followed up, they kept saying they would send them, but nothing ever arrived. Finally today they admitted they never even had them in stock and told me to wait another 2 weeks. Terrible customer service — complete waste of time and dissapointing.
