I can't say enough of how pleased we were with the service we received from Shuttle Up. They were in contact with us to confirm when they would be there, where to meet them and asking if we needed anything else. Their vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Both drivers were professional and friendly. We were so happy with their service that we booked them for our next trip in November. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! The communication is outstanding. We were a party of 8 going to Alaska for cruise and land adventure. Our flights changed departure times and Shuttle Up was able to adjust without a hassle. Our driver was polite, respectful, prompt and fun! I highly recommend Shuttle Up to anyone looking for reliable transportation. I know I will use them again.
Shuttle Up was great to work with. Responsive, on time, and a great price! Pierre was an amazing driver getting us to Logan early in the morning, and even got us waters after a long travel day home before picking us up.
