Stacey was very obliging, helpful and knowledgeable with my repair request. She consulted her husband to give me advice and offered to follow up with my original purchaser to further contact me for additional crucial repairs where communication had ceased. Our encounter was very pleasant and informative. The 10 parts I required were provided free. I highly recommend this business for Shutter repairs. You will not be dissappointed with their service.

Craig and his team installed some ziplock outdoor blinds for us. The initial experience up to installation was great. There were however a couple of flaws in the blind lock placement ie. not straight/level. This is no big deal just a cosmetic issue however it shows a lack of attention to detail. After sales service is lacking too having contacted them by email twice for assistance with blind creep with no response which is disappointing.
