I was looking for a shutters company that was respectful and did not use gimmicks or false advertising. Previously that was not the case with another company. I applied at Shutters Plus for a quote. I received a phone call and arranged a time for a quote. Nicole and Jess came around and did the preliminary measuring. There was no hard sell, just a polite and friendly encounter with 2 ladies. I recently had roller shutters installed at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and professional – from the person who came out for the initial inspection, to the installation team, and even the reception staff who were always polite and quick to provide support. I was first impressed when the quote was done efficiently and with no hard sales push unlike other quotes we had had, and in fact were around the same price as those who offered $2000 off! Order was placed easily and installation arranged and kept. Installers were absolutely lovely and accomodating and even cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight problem with a switch placement which staff immediately tried to rectify coming up with the perfect solution at cost to them.
