We made the silly mistake of opening our battery powered roller shutter on to the open window. The response from Rob at Shutter-fix was quick and no-fuss. Alex came and sorted the issue quickly (despite the hot weather and the shutter being on second storey). Very happy with the service and price. Excellent.

Initial contact with Shutter Fix was great and they had already worked out the problem on the phone, quoted a very reasonable price and made a time to attend within a few days. Alex attended our house to fix our roller shutter and was prompt, efficient and very polite. He did a great job and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and Shutter Fix for any Roller Shutter work.
