High praises for the team at Shuswap Lodge. They care about the people that live there and go out of their way to make sure they are well. A lot of entertainment and activities are organized to keep folks happy and engaged. The staff is always responsive and happy to answer any questions. I can't recommend them enough.
I don't have family here, but my mom has worked here over 10 years and I like to bring my kids by to visit everyone!
I’m so happy with the very caring and attentive staff at Shuswap Lodge. My mother lived elsewhere before moving to Salmon Arm and the care is so much more attentive and personal here. My one wish is that there was a nice place set up somewhere with a little exercise equipment that the residents could use, a treadmill and a recumbent bike perhaps. Very happy residents and helpful, vibrant staff. An excellent place to work.
Just visited family here and this is probably the best seniors home I've seen. Very friendly staff, plenty of activities, and large rooms. She seemed very content.
