The therapist was skilled and professional, but my experience at the front desk was disappointing. As a student, I tipped what I could after my hour-long session, but the staff member insisted I increase it. After I did, she spoke to her colleagues in front of other customers, and made comments about me being “cheap.” This was highly unprofessional—tipping is voluntary, not an obligation—and it left a negative impression despite the quality of the therapy. Won’t be coming again
