I had done a preorder and fully paid for it back in December 2023 and by August 2024 I had sent an email asking for progress and was advised that some of my items had not arrived yet but was offered to have what was available sent. I received 3 of my 8 items not long after. Changing my original review. My item was already damaged when I opened the box. Contacted them via website form. They took sometime to reply due to a convention but Ben and Matt were kind to send me a replacement. 5 stars from me. Will be ordering more.
