I eventually received an email shortly after leaving my previous review. The shop asked whether I wanted to wait for the remaining item or get a refund. I opted for a refund and had the available items shipped to me. Both the items and the refund have now been received, so I’m updating my rating accordingly. DO NOT PREORDER FROM SHUMISHOP I preordered items from this shop last year and paid in full upfront. Several of the items were delayed for months and never shipped. When I contacted the store in January, I was told the items would arrive in about four weeks, and I agreed to wait. However, by May, they still had not been shipped. Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times via email and social media but have received no response at all.
