Everyone who works here is friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great selection of delicious foods!! I would recommend them to everyone!
Overall, I always loved Shumans and had an overall great experience until a few days ago. I shop here as well as my family members and friends in my absence. Recently there was an employee who was rude to my mother while she was in there shopping for me. She asked for assistance with the full sheet cake boxes and was given false information. For years I have purchased the boxes with three pieces total, but on this day and (a few other times) my family members and friends were told the box only comes with two pieces. On this ... read more
