We experienced the same issues described by the reviewer below. We hired this firm to litigate a case against a former business partner, but the matter was badly mishandled from the outset. The associate assigned to our case was inexperienced and failed to properly serve the opposing party. I was advised by a very good friend that this firm was one of the best. After telling my friend my detailed problems I have had with this firm he calls me at least once a week to apologize for recommending the firm. My friend did say that the banking department was excellent. However, if you are thinking of using the litigation department, DON'T. This firms litigators can't litigate.
