Billing was a disaster. Prices were egregious. Service was poor. All around terrible experience.
Do not ever hire Cheryl Gordon! In my opinion, she was barely competent, extremely expensive, overbilled and was slow to complete projects. Also, she rarely returned phone calls. Instead, her staff eventually returned the call. If I wanted to speak with her staff, I would have called them directly. But when I call the lawyer, I expect them to personally and promptly return my call. I don’t know if my experience with her translates to the rest of the firm, but I would never recommend her to anyone. I’m so glad to be rid of he... read more
