Working with Ashleigh was one of the best buying experiences I have had. She went overboard to be helpful, show me everything I might be interested in, made helpful suggestions, made sure I was comfortable during the process. I purchased a bed, mattress and box springs. They are rude to customers. Like many things in Decatur, they close early and by the time you get off work and through the heavy traffic over the bridge it's hard to get there.
I was told at the home show if I purchase a chair from this store, they would haul our old chair away for no charge and donate it to a charity. Upon delivery, the delivery man said they would take it for a fee of $20.00. This is not what I was told. They were paid the $20.00 by check. I felt this was a very dishonest act by this establishment.
