Our taxes were dropped off February 8 and an appointment was made to pick them up February 22. When we arrived at our appointment, our taxes were not finished. There weren't any calls made to us to ask questions or to reschedule. We were finally called to pick the up on March 7. When we went to pay, they double debited our checking account. We waited for almost an hour while 3 different people tried unsuccessfully to complete the refund. I would not recommend this firm with your money or information.

Can't complete simple taxes correctly. I had a w2 and a 1099. They paid the wrong taxes to the wrong cities. I had to pay late fees because they didn't do my taxes right. I had to spend a bunch of my time fixing what they couldn't do. Came down to the last day of an extension, and they are 8x more expensive than who I use now who actually does them right. That isn't exaggerating either. Also, receptionists are very rude, and tax preps never call you back and literally avoid your calls.

My mother, 93 years old, has been your client for many years. She is still waiting for her 2021 income taxes to be filed. I have inquired to when the taxes will be completed and it’s always, “in a week or two”. And now she needs to file for 2022. She is greatly concerned about the fines and penalties that will be incurred from the city, state, and the IRS.
