A good repair shop I have never had a bad experience at Shults' nor have I known anyone that has. This shop can definitely be described as professional, honest & worth every penny spent on the repairs. It has been and surely will continue to be one of the premiere garages in town.
Ok.. but not always the best We had Shult's repair the rack & Pinion on our car after it broke. They told us this was unusual and should never happen again. almost exactly 1 year later we were back in there using the lifetime warranty to get it replaced for a second time. While the warranty covered the part, the labor cost MUCH more than the part so we were out another couple hundred dollars for something they told us should never break again.
Not a happy customer We used to use Shultz quite often, but they kept telling us this was going to break or that was going to break on out car so we would "fix" it. The last time we wnt to them they told us our ball joints needed to be replaced, we decided for the heck of it to get a second opinion. The other garage told us we did NOT need to replace them, and adjusted the brakes we had just spent $900 at shults (and 3 seperate visits) to replace, and not a problem since. Excellent Brake Work I have been to Shults' for most of my brake replacements over the years, and they do excellent work. If something happens to anything they work on, they will generally take a look at it again immediately if you bring your vehicle in and fix it as you wait. They are always polite and friendly.
