I strongly recommend anyone looking to retain an bankruptcy attorney to look elsewhere. Attorney Shugart was retained for a chapter 7 bankruptcy to file on my behalf. She assured me that all of my debts would be dismissed once the process was complete. It turns out she overlooked $8,000 on 1 of my debts that I now have to dispute .
