If you’re in a bad mood, call this company. Seriously. They are some of the friendliest, most positive people I’ve ever worked with. You finish the call feeling better than when it started. The fact that their products are excellent is just the icing on the cake.
We love working with Shubee. They always answer the phone with an upbeat tone and are willing to help find what we need. Our sales rep Tamiko has been the best personality to work with. We have had the opportunity to work with her in person, over the phone and email and at every contact she has treated us like family. Great company and great people! Also to note the supplies are of good quality and come in a timely manner. They follow up to make sure each and every order is what we wanted and we are satisfied! 11/10 service!
I’ve been using ShuBee for years and it’s always been a great experience. Ashley Layfield was especially helpful this time — professional, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. I usually work with Tamiko, who is also fantastic, so it’s clear the whole team really cares about customer service. That level of consistency is why we continue to use ShuBee. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service by Ashley when I emailed about a problem with my order. Prompt response and was very kind over the phone and clarified my order for me. I also love the goodies they send with orders like post its and pens! Ships quick too. Will continue to order the Armordillo shoe covers for our plumbing business
ShuBee has GREAT products and great support if and when needed. Their products are very durable and great quality; the only place we'll shop for our company!! We also love that they give back where it means the most. During October they run a social fundraiser where anyone that posts a picture wearing their products with their hashtag #CoveredfortheCause, they donate money to United in Pink for breast cancer!
