Earlier today I had a 9:00am appointment with Dr. Wu. At 8:40am she texted that she was running 10 minutes behind. I acknowledged with a thumbs up and arrived at 8:50am. I found Dr. Wu on Groupon and honestly wasn't expecting much, but she far exceeded my expectations! She really knows what she's doing! I suffered with a cough and phlegm for many years. Every time I ate almost anything I would cough and often woke up coughing in the middle of the night. I had gone to several other acupunturist's with little or no results. Dr Wu, nor her office assistant did not have the courtesy to call or text me to let me know that Dr Wu was “out of network “ with my insurance!!!!! I drive 1/2 hour in rush hour traffic to get to my appointment on time. And another 1/2 hour to get home! I have no respect for Dr Wu or her assistant. PLEASE don’t ever give Dr Wu your time or money! I’m happy to be able to write ✍️ this review!!! Others need to beware!
I had been suffering with frozen shoulder for months prior to seeing Dr Wu. Conventional treatment did not help. First visit with Dr. Wu and I got some relief. Now I can go a month between sessions without pain thanks to acupuncture!
