Shriver's is the oldest business on the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. In 1898 William Shriver founded Shriver's as a restaurant, ice cream, and candy store. In 1959, Shriver's was purchased by four brothers who owned Dairy Maid Confectionery Company; a retail candy and ice cream shop chain throughout Philadelphia. Shriver's Salt Water Taffy & Fudge is a must-visit on the boardwalk! The taffy is fresh and delicious, with so many flavors to choose from, and the fudge is amazing too. The shop is clean, fun to browse, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A classic Ocean City experience you can’t miss!
Have to go to Shrivers when in OC. Easily best salt water taffy. All kind of candies as well. Just a great place. Still has the vintage OC vibe.
