Great advice, great quality fish and lots of stock. All of the team members go out of their way to help you with any questions. We will be back.
This shop has a fair selection of nice fish. We finally found one we liked after searching many other places. We were happy with our choice, so we ignored the poor customer service and the lack of knowledge about the fish and were content with the experience. However, the most disappointing part was that the food we bought just a few days ago had been expired for months. How can they sell expired food?
Outstanding service and knowledge! Shrimplovers were absolutely fantastic in helping us with our Betta fish (fighter fish) The man who helped us had a great deal of knowledge, care, and genuine passion for aquatic life really stood out.
