Advertises a beautiful pet shop with fish tanks and plants but when you go in there is only fake plants, very dirty tank at front , poor atmosphere and zero fish tanks. False advertising and pictures should be deleted
Wow the reviews are telling!! We also drove from near Northlakes to visit this store, only to find THEY DONT SELL LIVESTOCK!! The owner’s disposition was sour and off putting. And judging by her responses to other people, can’t handle having an online presence.
Rude, aggressive, horrible female? staff member on 15/5 approx. 3.40pm. So rude I ended up going back in there to ask her what her issue with me was, she said why did you come back in? Continued to be rude and aggressive. If I could leave zero stars I would. Please read all reviews before coming here.
I went here today to have a look around and the tall red haired man was having a go at a young woman, very unprofessional I will not be coming back here again. So rude !
