New management so its only fair i amend the review from 0 stars to 5. This is how the shop should have always been, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Huge contrast to previously. See old review below: Absolutely terrible customer service, the lady on arrival was rude from the moment we walked in, giving us a sour look as she was on a phone call, followed by "what are we doing here" as a question of what we wanted. I replied by stating i would like 30 litres of RO water and 50 of Salt please. She was so rude with her responses... read more
Initially had a good experience, until we got home and let our new fish settle for the night. The 4 fish infested our shrimp tank with white spot which they did happily take back and refund, also provided us with shrimp safe treatment. However, i have now lost over half my shrimp tank (approx 15 have died) since this has happened. My blues and a few pregnant females have now succumbed to the infection.

The new owners are awesome! So friendly and were happy to spend time with me explaining all the options for setting up my shrimp tank. I went to a couple of other aquarium shops while I was planning my tank but when it came time to buy I came straight back here. Now I'm set up I'll be a regular! Thanks Oh and the range of shrimp and bettas is wild. I've seriously never seen bettas in some of the colours they have.
Awesome aquarium store — friendly service, quality and helathy fish, and good prices. Most of all the staff are super knowledgeable and always happy to help, whether you're a beginner or experienced fish keeper. Highly recommend! I got my Beautiful Danios today, lovely real green plan for my tank and some food. So in love with them. DO NOT MISS, if you need a new fish thats your shop.🪸🐠🐚🐡
