Had a wonderful conversation with Christine Baits today basically she accused me of being a liar and tried her hardest to plead the fact that her team was not responsible for not responding to my auto loan request and that was my fault for trying to refinance my car loan. She was rude, very unpleasant and honestly straight up disrespectful hope that Central one can take the time to address this issue. I would give 0 stars if possible.
