Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to inquire about an outstanding truck loan after my father’s passing, and the representative who answered didn’t even bother to state their name. They were short, unhelpful, and provided no details—just the total amount due. No compassion, no guidance, nothing. I had to call my own bank just to get things sorted because this place was completely useless. The staff have always been friendly, and helpful to fix any issues that may come happen in the banking world. The website and mobile app leave much to be desired, and I've found myself forced to call the bank to make routine updates. They do offer some extremely competitive auto loans, with very low interest rates. It could make sense to join the bank just for a specific lending product like this.
