I've been a member for over 20 years and have unfortunately seen a major decline in quality these last decades. The nail in the coffin was when I had a fraudulent charge applied to my account. The number they directed me to call to resolve it was outsourced to India and the staff there really had no idea about much of anything. They said that they would tell the credit union to send a new card in 5-10 days and that I should be all set when the card arrives. We hit day 12 and I still have no card. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to inquire about an outstanding truck loan after my father’s passing, and the representative who answered didn’t even bother to state their name. They were short, unhelpful, and provided no details—just the total amount due. No compassion, no guidance, nothing. I had to call my own bank just to get things sorted because this place was completely useless.
