The staff have always been friendly, and helpful to fix any issues that may come happen in the banking world. The website and mobile app leave much to be desired, and I've found myself forced to call the bank to make routine updates. They do offer some extremely competitive auto loans, with very low interest rates. It could make sense to join the bank just for a specific lending product like this. Great people here. Unfortunately the policies of the bank are out of date compared to the competitors, and the fees are a bit predatory. Other, larger banks like Capital One do not charge overdraft fees or decline fees, they allow you to set it to simply decline the transactions. If this isnt your primary bank, it's very easy to rack up hundreds of dollars of fees from automatic transactions which they decline and then charge you $30 each time they retry.
