I love this credit union and have been a member for about 15 years They are always so nice and helpful and really care about their members They have events such as ice cream days too!
I've been a member for over 20 years and have unfortunately seen a major decline in quality these last decades. The nail in the coffin was when I had a fraudulent charge applied to my account. The number they directed me to call to resolve it was outsourced to India and the staff there really had no idea about much of anything. They said that they would tell the credit union to send a new card in 5-10 days and that I should be all set when the card arrives. We hit day 12 and I still have no card.
