This bike shop is one of the best if not the best in the area, I had a vibration with my ebike while I'm pedaling, they diagnosed the bike, and replaced cassettes, wheel but the problem couldn't be solved due a problem probably inside the motor, after spending nearly 2 hours i offered them some money for their time and works, they refused to take from me, this will be my favorite best shop of all the time ever and definitely I will come back to them in future.
Walked in with a flat tire. Glanced at me and my bike and said “can’t do that but you can do it yourself oh and this and this is installed wrong, good luck”. Had to do the 1.6 walk of shame back home. :(
Thank you to the staff of Shrewsbury Bikes!! Jeff was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me figure out the exact right bike for me. With "flat foot technology" I am no longer afraid of falling off not being able to reach the ground and the hydraulic brakes make it easier for my arthritic thumbs to brake without pain!
