Amazing people own and work here. Twice i have been here for two seperate strollers, one stroller had four flat tires, it needed air and they quickly filled for free. The stroller went from freecylce (almost garbage) to working amazing! Another stroller, wouldnt close. They helped me take the stroller out of my car, fixed it within 5 minutes and toom extra care to another feature that i never even pointed out. Excellent , amazing, couldn’t recommend enough. And to boot their bikes are amazing quality 100/10
Super friendly and great service!
Would not change my flat tire because they did not sell my bike to me. Their excuse is was because it’s an e-bike. I got two different explanations from two different employees. Lost my business entirely.
*update - Once again humbled by the skill and kindness here. They helped me twice today alone, taught me a bunch and offered me an amazing price. One of the great services / stores in Monmouth County Fantastic shop staffed with a team that knows their craft - they take care of their customers like friends and dont hassle with constant up-sells. When I've needed service or knowledge, they've always exceeded expectations. A+ operation (used for mountain bikes).
Perfect everytime I go.
