I had a terrible experience working with Showtime Pictures in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia Aquarium. Managers were extremely rude and undermine their employees. Checks are often late under excuses like payroll was submitted late or our payday fell on a weekend. I had my commission taken away illegally then they told me I had to sign an employee manual allowing it or I would be instantly terminated. Bought ALL pictures from Houston Space Center but didn’t receive ALL of them! Customer service is nonexistent. Horrible experience when you pay for pictures and when you get home to download them, and ALL the pictures you bought aren’t there!

As a former employee, this review is solely about working for the Atlanta locations. Overall I would not recommend working there due to the work environment becoming less and less positive. The pay is only suitable for teens/young adults, there’s no opportunity for growth within the company and we rarely ever get paid on time on top of only being paid twice a month. The higher ups are also kind of rude when visiting and inconsiderate when implementing new rules which just makes work ethic decline within the team.
