Jasmine SHOWS is a SCAM!!!! The owner or employee of this company. My mom asked multiple times for her tax return paper work and she would never send it ! Then she told her she would only charge her a certain amount and turned around and charged her 1200 more than what she said and blocked us both!!! DO NOT FILE WITH HER!!! we are reporting them to the IRS AND THE POLICE !!! This is not the first review I have seen saying she did this !!
CEO of this company done my taxes ! My numbers changed multiple time when I received my DD it was no where near the amount I was suppose to get ! Well she acted like it was nothing she could do ! I asked for a copy of my return and the phone number to the bank that they use she wouldn’t give me that information! Amazingggggg! I have used Turbo since I was able to file my own. For some reason turbo was trying to play me and wasn’t giving me anything back last year. Went to Jada she got me 6 bands back and a cash advance. In not even 24hours of me giving my information. I 100% recommend Shows Tax Pros!!!!
