DO NOT order items online. The customer service is horrible! I waited 5 months for part of my order and I still haven’t received everything as of yet. Also, there was a price error. I gave proof and they are still looking into it after 5 months. I continue to follow up with them and they keep saying they are looking into it. Go to the store instead. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Or find another supplier if you want to order online.
love this store even though I wish they used a less AI generated art on their displays, other than that the customer service is always great!
Amazing store the manager was very friendly and there was great customer service
Once you find this hidden gem.. your kids will love you for it.. sure some of the stuff costs more than id LIKE to pay for it.. but it’s what your kids want! Staff were amazing and super kind… visited on Friday June 5,2026
