The female cashier was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We picked up a few different candies, but there were no price tags on them. We went to the till and simply asked how much they cost. Instead of answering our question, she said, “They’re not $6.99.” Her response came across that she was accusing us of being cheap or unable to afford the candy. They are just candies, not luxury items. I hope the management addresses this employee’s attitude

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I attempted to return an item, only to be flatly refused by staff who claimed the item were "non-returnable." The problem? This restriction was never disclosed anywhere at the time of purchase—not on my receipt, not at checkout, and not in their published return policy. Applying unstated rules after a transaction is completely unfair to customers. On top of that, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I brought this up. My friend and family faced utter humiliation by the staff here. And the humiliation was witnessed by the kids and they were so upset. No respect staff and also managers need basic etiquette and anger management training. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
