I got in line behind 2 girls and for some reason it took 10 minutes for them to check out. They were being helped by one cashier while another employee was just restocking supplies? A huge line was forming and 10 mins later she finally went to the register beside the cashier and started to help us. The employee with the red:orangish hair called the security on me for absolutely no reason. I was with my friends and than we noticed she was talking to a security and then we left and then the security followed us and we knew she called them on us so than we ask her if she thought we stole than she singled me out and said I was giving her shifty eyes when I never looked at HER once. She couldn’t even look at me when I confronted her. Horrible service and I’m with a bunch of girls and we were just looking at things.
I bought the GRO-hose BLUE brand new, but when I opened it, it was already cracked and unusable. I took it back to the store, and they initially told me I couldn’t return or exchange it because I didn’t purchase a warranty, which made no sense since the product was defective before I even used it. Eventually, they agreed to exchange it “just this once,” but then said that even with a warranty (i bought warranty this time after the exchange), exchanges are limited to one time only.
