The cash clerk with the glasses was yelling at us ( my daughter and I ) when we asked a question about a product my daughter wanted to buy??? That was last Saturday around 1:40 ish pm. We did let got acknowledgement when we got in nor when we left. Also there was a strange clerk at entrance of the store playing basket ball? We ended up leaving without buying anything although we came for a specific item.
So I just received my receipt back from the other day, I’m a member and was charged full price… quite upset cuz the only way to get my money back is store credit, where most of the stuff’s expired like wow I feel like I just had 30$ stolen from me cuz she didn’t charge me the proper price and had me buy 4 items for one free, if that makes the membership price go down should be known to people cuz I never woulda spent 80$ on a bloody item when she told me 60$ but receipt shows her charging the full price., I get she was the o... read more
The return policy here -if you open the box and return it the next day- is only a store credit.
Today I was told by the 2 female employees ..that.. if I was not providing an email, phone number and name . I had to pay 2 dollars extra per item I was purchasing. This is out right illegal and blackmail. I did not make the purchase , my personal information when purchasing something is none of your business, you take the money , package the product .. and have a nice day. This is exactly how they gather your information and sell it and you start getting scam phone calls and emails . I will boycott this store moving forward... read more
