My granddaughter and I went shopping for a squishy , so we go to this location, we are not greeted, completely ignored , finally ask if he had any squishiest. Almost bought some pokemon from here yesterday, prices are actually worse than scalpers on marketplace. Pretty gross, lol. Sure you have lots of desirable sets, doesn’t mean you should be way above collector / online pricing for them. Do better- just went elsewhere instead and saved 30-40% on multiple different sets. Stop promoting bad culture, highly reccomend you check elsewhere before spending your $ here!

I came to this location today (05/06/26) to ask about a replacement of a product and was met with extreme rudeness. To preface this, I am neurodivergent and was recommended by my doctor to try a stress toy out to help with some issue I have with pulling out my hair and picking at my skin.
