It was extremely busy on saturday (hence Christmas shopping) , so before attempting to trade any figurines, I specifically stopped to review your posted “trade policy.” I also brought my receipt as proof of purchase. Their prices can be a little much, you will not be paying retail BUT you shouldn't expect that going into a store like this anyway. The stores always clean and neat and I find the staff are always very nice, one woman who works there always is very friendly and helpful. Good place to find viral or niche gifts.
Do not buy from this company. They released the new pokemon mega evolution etbs online. They offered buy 3 get 1 free. After ordering and being charged, and few hours later they refunded my money. No coupon offer, just simply blamed it on "resellers" and suggested i check back when they have more. When more comes the prices I purchased for will most likely be double. But instead of owning up for their mistake online they blamed it on resellers and they had to many orders compared to actual inventory.. scam company..
