I purchased something 5 days back ago and the person who was working there clearly told me I could return and get my refund apparently the person working there was new and was on training but that is not my fault in any way where I have put my trust and having no clue he was new to his job there should’ve been a manager !!! I spend lots money on a product and I needed my money back this is a scam and not okay maybe they should’ve have trained or stayed with him . I was promised that I can return the product and get a refund.
Whether you go to their White Oaks Mall or the Masonville Mall location. Showcase is not even worth spending $0.01 here just so overpriced. Whenever a product is hype or trending on social media. Showcase marked it up so high. I remember when Prime Hydration drinks is out for the North American market. Showcase were selling it for $10.00 each; which is such a big rip off. They buy stuff from online then sell it to you at a higher price. Honestly I do like the store but the fact I get it the product from the source at a significantly cheaper cost kinda ruins the vibe. Sadly it just feels like a resellers booth at a convention. No offense to staff or owners.
