Today March 11th around 6.30pm I entered the showcase store at Hill Crest mall hoping to purchase few gifts for my students at my private school I own. The short hair girl who was on duty did not even greet or ask if I needed any help and that kind of attitude blew me off if any purchase today. What a terrible service
Overpriced board games and trendy things. Other retailers will have the same item for cheaper. For example, they charged $15 for Flip 7 when you can get it at Walmart for $8.
I recently called to inquire about product availability and the man who answered the phone was disrespectful and arrogant. I will never shop at this location because of how rude he was. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here, find another Showcase location that actually wants your business.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a big thank you to Mahrokh at Party City! She was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way she does. Party City is lucky to have her!
