Paul is very rude and discriminates on the youth, his behavior is disgusting, though the owner thomas is very kind and cares about the costumers.
I had a fantastic experience buying a Bluetooth speaker here today at 4:30 PM. The lady working was very knowledgeable and insightful. Got a nice speaker for a great price!
Had such a great experience at Showcase today! Rohan, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and had such great energy. He went above and beyond to assist me, making my visit so much easier and enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting him—amazing customer service! Highly recommend this location.
There was this employee, his name was Rohan(apologies if I misspelled it). He was very polite, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He was extremely friendly; there were four kids(me and my friends), and the scanning machine was broken, so he had to manually put in the numbers. However, he was still actively having conversations with us, recommending products, and it was a lot like talking with a friend. ROHAN IF YOU SEE THIS!! ITS ME VICTORIA!!
Just bought 8 packs of Japanese Pokémon cards and it turned out to be fake. Cards are also overpriced here. I’m cool with that as they have to make their money, but the fake cards are a one star from me.
