She went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way she does. Party City is lucky to have her!
ALWAYS poor service. His name is Paul. He was extremely Impatient and rude when my daughters asked about pokemon cards. I was extremely disturbed by his comments towards them." Do you like tight tops??". It was a disgusting act and Incrediby PERVERTED. I wont be bringing my kids here no more. Showcase needs to address this immediately! My family is hurt from this experience.
Very rude seller and her supervisor. Very weak customer service. Low quality merchandises. I returned 2 times a clock. Hesitate to buy anything from this store.👎
