It is good but the only thing is when I wanted to get a dumpling or a needo. You had to place an order. And then you had to pick it up. This store has the worst phone customer service. I called to ask if they had a few charms I wanted, gave them the names, and was put on hold while they checked. O.k so far. Another girl picked up and asked if she could help me. I asked what happened to the first girl who had all the information and was supposed to be helping. me. Had to give all information again. Put on hold. while they checked for the charms. Another person picked up and asked how they could help me. Need I say more?
Why are the calico critters so expensive
Manager is rude beyond belief. Staff are not helpful. Dont waste your time or money supporting this location.
