POC customers beware. Terrible experience with the customer service. While shopping with my family, we noticed we were being followed through the store by the cashier. We pushed past it even though we felt watched. After we picked out our item and were moving to cash - he proceeded to rudely say “can you put it back as it was” even though we did put it back exactly as it was (namely the weighted plushies which were already face down on the display table). Love when they have the $1 candy deals. I don’t get why so many people are criticizing the store. The employees here are awesome
The whole store is a huge scam and the employees lie to ur face. Most items are 20-100$ more than the original price, Some items are normal price. When you ask the employee about it they lie and tell you that that’s how much the company sells it to them! That’s a huge lie, if a company did that especially at that price hike the company would have no retailers working with them! That’s common knowledge. My boyfriend went here today and the worker was so rude. My boyfriend just asked him if he had any of the labubus in stock and he was so rude saying do you not see it why are you asking me. Don’t appreciate this customer service I was on the phone when it happened and I could hear the guy being rude to my boyfriend. Get better staffing!
