The lady at cash with glasses and a head band was super rude. She acted like she hated her life. Seriously needs to work on her attitude.
Showcase deserves 0 stars, not 1. Behaving fraudulently they "pre-sell" items that they don't intend to fulfill. Sometimes they send you something you did not even order. Pre-sales, by their very definition, are items that may or may not be in stock yet, so how can they sell out? That's their recent excuse they gave me, then came clean that oops, it was not even a sale but mis-priced. So they just went ahead and cancelled the purchase. The store manager, Sue, was so nice and helpful in finding the item we needed as a graduation gift and holding it until I could come on my lunch break! Super sweet in person as well and I would recommend this place for her :)
