Went in to buy a couple of Funko POP and the women working here were very helpful! Prices were also very decent. Will be back for sure!
There is a girl that works here her hair is kinda wavy and brown and she’s short-ish. Every single time i’ve came here ive had a problem with her. She yelled at one of my friends once because she accidently stepped in the dirt pile the worker made. Why are you sweeping 2 hours before closing and having dirt piles in the middle of the walkway? She has a nasty attitude and always makes me uncomfortable. Won’t be back here again!
I was quite disappointed in the customer service today. The cashiers were probably the rudest people I’ve seen in retail. They were arguing between each other about the insider program being low which I’m assuming gives them commission. But didn’t give me the light of day at all. I told the girl (white, dark hair, piercings) that I’m okay and don’t want to sign up. They have a brutal return policy be careful as they are very big scam and overpriced. They will tell you that something is final sale after the purchase is already made and there is not ability to change you mind once that information is clear. No one ever tells you that there is a final sale on a product and they do not mark it on the product. Carful when you purchase anything from them
