I went to Showcase today and the customer service was amazing! The lady working around 1 PM on November 30 was incredibly sweet she made the whole experience awesome . She helped us find everything we needed and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We purchased a lot of Dubai chocolate. We’ll definitely be back.
This store has all the latest trends, but they are all very expensive
Been there for a few times for the fugglers. The store associate, Navpreet, is super helpful and wouldn't mind going back and forth to help us find out fav toy. Absolutely fantastic!
Went to buy a Fuggler my friend saw that they were carrying. I didn't see it on the shelf and showed a pic to the staff to see if they had it. She knew which one I was looking for and checked the back for me! So happy with the customer service and purchase, thank you so much!
Arrived before the posted closing time to find the doors locked and lights still on. A staff member was clearly visible inside, but when I tapped on the glass to ask if they were still open, she responded with a disapproving look and shook her head. There was no sign on the door or notice online indicating an early closure. Disappointing to be turned away during what should have been normal business hours.
