Extremely disappointed with this Showcase location at Tsawwassen Mills. I spent $20 there and was sold food past its expiration date and an expensive Roblox toy that was missing its digital code. When I tried to resolve this, the customer service was incredibly rude and uncooperative. They hid behind a 'final sale' policy to avoid taking responsibility for selling unsafe food and defective products. They even tried to blame me for not checking the dates myself. We went to this store and got my son some peelers candy and one bag we got was melted and stuck together we returned it and my son grabbed another. He ate a couple then said it tasted funny. His dad tried one and said it tasted moldy. The other bag was outdated and yes it was moldy. How frustrating. We are not from there and left town before we could go back and try do anything about it. I went to Showcase today and the customer service was amazing! The lady working around 1 PM on November 30 was incredibly sweet she made the whole experience awesome . She helped us find everything we needed and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We purchased a lot of Dubai chocolate. We’ll definitely be back.
This store has all the latest trends, but they are all very expensive
Been there for a few times for the fugglers. The store associate, Navpreet, is super helpful and wouldn't mind going back and forth to help us find out fav toy. Absolutely fantastic!
