Arrived before the posted closing time to find the doors locked and lights still on. A staff member was clearly visible inside, but when I tapped on the glass to ask if they were still open, she responded with a disapproving look and shook her head. There was no sign on the door or notice online indicating an early closure. Disappointing to be turned away during what should have been normal business hours.
Hella expensive but is it what it is saves on shipping better than paying shipping from TikTok shop Great Service friendly staff great deals will recommend to friends and will definitely shop here again
Rude and unclear
Very poor customer service. Don't buy any kind of scooters from this store they are defective and you end up loosing your money within 3 months of purchase. They don't want to exchange or even deal with the product or customer. Very bad store to purchase scooters.
