While I love the Showcase stores, the young guy with dark hair who works there is terrible. He has been there for awhile. He is rude and when you ask questions he acts like you should not be bothering him. Showcase can you not get someone with better customer service skills for this store?!?!?!?
Very bad service. They misguided us.
Rude cashier
horrid customer service i fear </3 my friend and i were both shocked by the blatant hostility by the cashier. i worked in retail for a long time so i know you have certain quotas to meet etc but harassing customers is not going to get you to reach those
