Kelly at the lougheed mall location was super efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. After my negative experience at the Metrotown location (avoid going there!) dealing with Kelly was a breeze! I recommend shopping at this location.

Came at 6:55pm and doors were already closed and they didn’t want to open the door while other stores were open. Lazy employees
