Showcase does offer a wide selection of trending and viral products, which can be hard to find in Canada. I understand that some of these items are rare and in high demand, but most trends eventually die down, and I have still seen many prices in this store that feel completely unreasonable. Showcase has no way to reach customer service or head office other than email. Often times the replies dont make any sense or you spend days repeating your issue. I received a package I ordered online early in the new year (their website is horrible - it kept glitching). However, I just received my package today and inside one of my mystery snack boxes it's very obvious that a 🐀 rodent 🐀 got at one of the items as there are a lot of holes in the packaging and there was no contents inside the packaging.
Horrible business practices. They like to offer pre orders then cancel them to reprice products at a higher price. Buyers beware!
On Nov.27/2023 I purchased a percussion massage gun online from Showcase in Brampton and received it 2 days later. After charging I turned it on per the instructions. It did not turn on. It is a piece of junk. I Will Not Buy Anything Else From Showcase!!!
