Showcase has no way to reach customer service or head office other than email. Often times the replies dont make any sense or you spend days repeating your issue. I received a package I ordered online early in the new year (their website is horrible - it kept glitching). However, I just received my package today and inside one of my mystery snack boxes it's very obvious that a 🐀 rodent 🐀 got at one of the items as there are a lot of holes in the packaging and there was no contents inside the packaging.
Horrible business practices. They like to offer pre orders then cancel them to reprice products at a higher price. Buyers beware!
On Nov.27/2023 I purchased a percussion massage gun online from Showcase in Brampton and received it 2 days later. After charging I turned it on per the instructions. It did not turn on. It is a piece of junk. I Will Not Buy Anything Else From Showcase!!!
