I can’t believe that they would sell people expired chocolate. I went to buy some Dubai chocolate and after I bought it I saw that it was expired and they refused to exchange it and after a LONG argument they finally exchanged it. The chocolate was expired by 1 WEEK including all the Dubai chocolate in the store. It was very dangerous for little ones. So I strongly advised you to improve your store.
Canceled my order with no explanation and not telling me trying to contact customer service and absolutely horrible would not recommend.
Showcase really deserves 0 stars, not 1. They are a fraudulent company, "pre-selling" items then cancelling your order, or worse, claiming they never received the items and sending you something you did not even order. Pre-sales, by their very definition, are items that may or may not be in stock yet, so how can they sell out? Showcase does offer a wide selection of trending and viral products, which can be hard to find in Canada. I understand that some of these items are rare and in high demand, but most trends eventually die down, and I have still seen many prices in this store that feel completely unreasonable.
