I went on August 29th to get a labubu the prices on the the shelf all said $69.99 which was already pricey but I was willing to pay that because it was my birthday and I really wanted one. As soon as I get to the till they said it was $140 because it’s a popular item, if you are going to have them at $140 then there needs to be a sign with the price next to it. The store is busy with the Labubu craze, but handling it really well. The workers are friendly and helpful. While they were sold out at this location, we headed to Vernon and scored two. My little one was a bit disappointed with the colour (she’s two. Colour is life) and being such a big expensive item I did the only thing I could think of. My husband bought me 2 knee supports from Kelowna Showcase 2 weeks ago not knowing if they would fit or what kind I would need after talking to the girl, she said that we could bring it back and get his money back One fit and the other I tried on and it was too thin and no support. I brought one back in the box after only trying it on and they said because i tried it on they would not accept it back for return. Nothing tackier than hearing the manager berating and telling the staff off while you're trying to shop. Stuff like this should be discussed in private.. very unprofessional in my opinion.
Price gauge! They were selling toy for $75 when it's $40 everywhere else. Refused to price match and said it's in demand pricing
