Nothing tackier than hearing the manager berating and telling the staff off while you're trying to shop. Stuff like this should be discussed in private.. very unprofessional in my opinion.

Price gauge! They were selling toy for $75 when it's $40 everywhere else. Refused to price match and said it's in demand pricing

“I visited today ,and it was quite crowded. I asked a young man for help, but he just replied, ‘I don’t know.’ Thankfully, a lady with a cheerful attitude stepped in and was incredibly helpful! She made the experience so much better with her kindness and willingness to assist. Kudos to her for the great customer service!” I just post the 1 star because of rude person

Showcase Orchard Park Mall Kelowna was participating in the malls 2024 Kids Halloween Trick or Treat and turned away my 3yr old autistic grand-daughter, with limited verbal and social skills, dressed as a pirate, because she wouldn't (can't) say trick or treat or hold up her bucket. So the employee refused to give her a candy. Do better!

Absolutely terrible policies/service. My daughter purchased a POP Figure there, only to find it 5 minutes later at another store for much cheaper. We tried to return the one we JUST bought, and the store clerk refused to return it - she said they do not return collectibles. (this is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the store) nor on the receipt, which actually states the item is returnable (unopened) for 30 days. She then went on to accuse us of opening the package, which it was clearly was not. She also recommended my 13 year old ... read more
