Called this location to find out if they had a specific product. 8n an hour I called about 7 different times. And was sent to voicemail each time. Everytime I come past these stores, they barely have people in it. Especially the Conestoga location. Im not sure if your employees are on the phone the entire time or just screening. But I will just go to the fairway location instead
This is my absolute favourite store! Such a fun store and awesome service. Leah and her team they are fantastic but she is my favorite. I love getting greeted with my name and I usually go in on my lunch break and she knows that I need to get out fast, lol. If I could give more than five stars, I would the store is always clean and tidy such a great atmosphere
Purchased a product there. Wasn’t told it was final sale. Went to return it the next day (turns out our granddaughter was already getting one). Even though the manager remembered me and the item was unopened they refused to accept the return. It’s not like they couldn’t resell it as it’s the hottest Christmas product of the year. Common sense should prevail over policy.
