As of right now, I REFUSE to go to a Showcase store in a mall. There's usually Brainrot merch which I absolutely DISLIKE, pretty much the worst media franchise in the world of media. Please, don't take your kids here (Or ANY Showcase store), as Brainrot has been a problem for a lot of parents (And me for a couple of years). Just, don't go.

Rude and dismissive staff who talk between themselves rather than help patrons
Called this location to find out if they had a specific product. 8n an hour I called about 7 different times. And was sent to voicemail each time. Everytime I come past these stores, they barely have people in it. Especially the Conestoga location. Im not sure if your employees are on the phone the entire time or just screening. But I will just go to the fairway location instead
