This is my absolute favourite store! Such a fun store and awesome service. Leah and her team they are fantastic but she is my favorite. I love getting greeted with my name and I usually go in on my lunch break and she knows that I need to get out fast, lol. If I could give more than five stars, I would the store is always clean and tidy such a great atmosphere
Purchased a product there. Wasn’t told it was final sale. Went to return it the next day (turns out our granddaughter was already getting one). Even though the manager remembered me and the item was unopened they refused to accept the return. It’s not like they couldn’t resell it as it’s the hottest Christmas product of the year. Common sense should prevail over policy.
Great showcase Lots of cool items there best one in town !
I head in that store pretty often. Prices can be a little high on the trending items but definitely manageable once they die down in popularity and the sales come on. I recently placed an online order with this company, and once it arrived, I was shocked to see that five items were missing from my order. The package had damaged and the items fell out. I reached out to showcase support and they were incredibly helpful and gave me an immediate refund. Will definitely order from them again!
