Gale miss manager should not be a manager. Very rude with customers, family next to me looked intimidated as she threatened that they had to buy something that was previously opened. Also giving the wrong information out when customers ask questions. Time for retirement love!!
very helpful with a needoh purchase
My family really enjoys shopping at Showcase and we usually have a good experience. However during my last visit I was surprised that there didn’t seem to be a clear dress code for staff. One employee’s outfit felt more like something for a night out than for a retail setting, which came across as unprofessional in a family store. I’m only mentioning it because we do like this location and hope they keep a professional atmosphere for customers.
