We went into here to choose a birthday gift for my 10 year old, she loves it here. The experience was wonderful. The man behind the counter was a good sport also with helping my kid choose a gift and get out for our dinner lol. Thank you showcase we will be back

Absolutely terrible experience at the Showcase store in Brantford. We purchased an electric scooter based on the salesperson’s description, but it does not match what we were told at all. To make matters worse, the store manager/administrator was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — treating us like we were a nuisance rather than customers. After searching for a store in Brantford, that has the same style as Popcore, I found showcase. The store seems very neglected with very low quality products which are prices very high. After reading the reviews here I see many have the same feeling. The owner response always the same, a generic answer asking people to write an email. No real comment just some bizarre sentence, maybe their English isn't so good... anyway, it's weird. If you value your money check Popcore, little mysterious and other places.
Very disappointing experience. The staff has no clue where are things. The store is not organized AT ALL! I wanted to buy a few toys, the girl didn't know what they say their things are original, but they are not listed in companies like Pop-Mart, Sanario and others. I am not sure if it is original as the quality isn't as high as in other places. In the end I ordered from Sanario itself, and from an online store little mysterious.
