very helpful with a needoh purchase
My family really enjoys shopping at Showcase and we usually have a good experience. However during my last visit I was surprised that there didn’t seem to be a clear dress code for staff. One employee’s outfit felt more like something for a night out than for a retail setting, which came across as unprofessional in a family store. I’m only mentioning it because we do like this location and hope they keep a professional atmosphere for customers.
We went into here to choose a birthday gift for my 10 year old, she loves it here. The experience was wonderful. The man behind the counter was a good sport also with helping my kid choose a gift and get out for our dinner lol. Thank you showcase we will be back

Absolutely terrible experience at the Showcase store in Brantford. We purchased an electric scooter based on the salesperson’s description, but it does not match what we were told at all. To make matters worse, the store manager/administrator was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — treating us like we were a nuisance rather than customers.
