Was in there about a month ago, looking for a Labubu and just getting prices. I asked and they didn’t have any in at the time, but (what seemed to be a manager??) someone ended up getting my name and phone number so they could call me when more came in. I just bought the Blendila last week, but it not working and too small, I went to the showcase , but they didn’t give me return. Why can’t return? So bad!
I was there, Aug. 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. upon opening. I knew what I wanted and asked the employee. She waved her hand in the general direction of the item I wanted. I was the only one in the store, she could have taken me over to the product, showed it to me. Instead I walked over in the general direction she waved, found the item, took it to the checkout and then had to wait for her to come to the till, again being the only one in the store.
