Every time we are at the mall, my kids absolutely love coming into Showcase to shop and browse through everything. They carry a really nice variety of items, and you can always find some unique products here that you simply can’t find anywhere else in town. While a lot of their prices can be on the much higher side,. particularly for certain products, the overall experience and selection make it worth checking out. Good selection of hard to find items but the perfume display has got to go. In that small of a space, the smell in the store is so overpowering - it makes you want to get out after a few minutes for fresh air.
Busy Saturday, February 28. The store was full of customers, yet five or six staff members were standing behind the counter laughing and talking among themselves. While that may be understandable during slower times, it was disappointing to see when customers clearly needed assistance. Customers had to bring shoes to the counter themselves to get sizing, and it seemed like a chore for staff to retrieve items from the back and help. Overall, the customer service was poor.
