Good selection of hard to find items but the perfume display has got to go. In that small of a space, the smell in the store is so overpowering - it makes you want to get out after a few minutes for fresh air.
Busy Saturday, February 28. The store was full of customers, yet five or six staff members were standing behind the counter laughing and talking among themselves. While that may be understandable during slower times, it was disappointing to see when customers clearly needed assistance. Customers had to bring shoes to the counter themselves to get sizing, and it seemed like a chore for staff to retrieve items from the back and help. Overall, the customer service was poor. the woman working saturday feb 7 at around 430 was so incredibly kind. her customer service was really amazing
I have been in the store few times. It's all good experience so far. Amanda is very pleasant, very helpful and friendly. She is the definition of good costumer service. I have been greeted and helped by her twice.
