Went to your Bower Mall location in Red Deer this afternoon and your employee was very rude to my 10 year old son. He asked if the butter squishy was real (meaning brand name, not Shein) and her response was "can you see it, can you feel it, touch and squish it?" He timidly replied yes" so she said "then it's obviously real". After we left the store my son looked at me and said "she wasn't very nice.".
