The staff was unprofessional and rude, showcase in Metrotown was way better.
My friend bought two plushies that were said to be $10 each. He also bought a deck of cards. When he went to check out, the person said it was $60 for the 3 items. He did not tell us the price until we handed him the money. My friend asked for the receipt, and he said he could not give one because it was final sale? He covered 90% of the receipt and showed us, but the plushies were not the price as he said just prior. 0/10, please do not go to this store.
Awesome customers service … Staff named Henry always helpful. He also well known the products in the shop in order to introduce us the most updated & popular products.

Honestly, the staff is so unprofessional literally I couldn’t hear the guy because of his ex and I don’t care if he has an accent like OK I just asked him to like repeat it because I actually couldn’t understand and he literally sighed At me, literally Side eye me
