I stopped here Sunday, June 1st and had the best experience I’ve had in any showcase. I have been looking for the TIRTIR foundations from Korea for a while now and when I saw they had some in stock I decided to buy one but with the shade range I was unsure which one would fit me. The man working there in the morning/afternoon was so sweet and kind. Your team is lying about what your extended warranty covers to try to make sales.
Such rude staff, young girl in the store on the weekend couldn't answer any of my questions, and the way she interacted with whom I believe is her manager was very inappropriate. I understand teens are learning and everyone starts somewhere but management needs to be held responsible for the actions of the staff and when I tried to get his attention to address my concerns and get some help he looked straight at me and walked to the back. I do not suggest this store to anyone if you want to be treated fairly and with respect.
When you shop from these stores online or in person they always sign you up with spammy newsletters without your consent and harvest you for all the data , very intrusive company with absolutely garbage prices .
