Was going to buy a few Christmas gifts. One of the items that should have had a sample was missing. I politely asked if the worker could show what the item is like and she said she can't if there's no sample. I get certain things that are not able to open and close but this item clearly had a sample at one point and was missing. It was in a box easy enough to show. I said ok I wont buy anything then. I left the store without making a purchase.

Bought a fan, was sold the extended warranty for it. It broke, so when I came back to get it replaced I was told that the warranty was put in a different item. I understand my fault as well for not looking at the receipt, but that was such a deceitful thing to do to a Cx. So I just asked for the warranty to be returned to me, gave me a gift card for it. But now I still have a broken fan. Pretty upsetting, will now think twice before sating yes to warranties.
