Had a great experience here! This store has some of the most unique items, and great selection of gifts for our hockey tournament prize table. There was a sweet sale when we went also. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Emma was honest with all her opinions of what was hot right now and what wasn’t so popular. Desmond was generous and gave us a donation for our table. Thanks for your patience with us!
I ordered from here on October 5 and it is now November 6 and my package is still in Ontario and I live in Alberta. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM SHOWCASE NOR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
The new owner and the staff are amazing!! They helped us find excactly what we were looking for, even went through the stock in the back to find my daughter the perfect squishy . The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We will definetly be back!

Not happy. I love the store but I bought some diamond art. Spent almost $50 and the picture is coming off with the protective plastic. Ruins the picture. Waste of money. So defiantly not satisfied. I e-mailed you guys and have Recieved nothing In return. I recomend not to waste your time or your money here. Wow this is a first for me. The store manager Desmond called me and let me return the art for store credit. I really appreciate this guys thank you so much! Satisfied after all 👍👍👍👍👍
