Very disappointing customer service and unacceptable delay. I pre-ordered a small toy for my son on March 31st and was told they would call me when it arrived. After waiting for nearly 3 months with zero updates, I had to drive to the store three times just to check on a $12 item. Good items but I bought some Kit Kats and they were a dollar and were on sale for 60% off. The cashier told us it made them 40 cents so I bought it. When I tasted the chocolate it was funky and my parents and girlfriend tried it too and agreed. Little did we know, the chocolate was a year expired. The expiration date was September of 2024 and yet they still choose to sell the chocolate. This makes me wonder how many more products do they have that are sitting there that are years expire and how many people have eaten them? A... read more
