I was at Sherway Showcase today and surprised to be surprised by The Store Manager Gio. He served My whole family and include by greeting everyone who entered the store. What impressed me the most is even during a shipment day as he pardon the appearance of the store he share exciting new arrivals are ready for your next visit. He is s true Leader. I want to express my sincerest thanks to The Store Manager Gio. I shop because of him. He was won the hearts of my children who say every visit I can't wait to see Gio. I want to recognize the Store Manager Gio at Sherway Showcase. My 3 Children shop at Sherway Gardens and they always say let's shop at Showcase and see Gio. This is a testament of how he is able to connect with everyone from Customers to supporting his team. This is a consistent experience. I went to the Showcase location at Sherway last week, and I was impressed with the customer service. There was a young gentlemen with glasses and curly hair (not sure of his name) who helped me with a gift for my brother. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the products they offered. The customer service was great and I will be coming back to this location.
