Just wanted to say thank you the staff for being so friendly and fun yesterday !!! I went in a saw they had Labubus and purchased two !! Everyone was really pulling for me to get the ones I wanted and even asked if I wanted to check out other boxes !! I ended up being very lucky and got both Labubus I wanted and the Sonny angel ! I told them I’d let them know so hopefully they see this !! Thanks again ! :)
I can attest to all the comments singing Gio’s praises!!! We were promptly greeting upon entering the store. He went above and beyond in helping with the selection of gifts for my family members…definitely one of the best encounters have had with retail staff thus far!
Purchased an item October 28th in the evening I found it extremely annoying how he kept pushing me to buy 3. Why did I have to say no more than twice?! No means no. He kept asking me for my phone number. NO! He kept telling me that I will love the chocolate and not regret buying 3. Ummm, I didn’t love it, I’m happy I didn’t buy 3, my regret was purchasing 1 from this location. Never coming back here. Imagine if I did purchase 3? He probably would not give me a refund and would’ve charged me more. I detest dishonest places..
