I was here for the first time and I really liked this store and that it sells goods that I could not find anywhere else!!! Good attentive service helped me find what I was looking for🙈
Not the most helpful experience when trying to exchange an item within the policy requirement. 2 differing opinions offered. Ended up visiting the Londonderry location and getting great customer service. The manager on duty at Londonderry was fabulous with customer centric focus
Not very welcoming and quick to judge, followed us around the whole store
Extremely interfering worker invading our space in everything we wanted go look at. Worst place to shop if your indigenous. Profiled as soon as you walk in the door. Have a video ready for social media as proof. Extremely frustrating trying to take my kids to spend their leftover school money but definitely lost out on sales now and forever.
