Rude customer service. Very unprofessional and hostile workers there. They lack manners and social etiquette. Also, they barely have any squishmallows. Children stuffies are overpriced and most items there are predatory. U can find cheaper and better quality on Amazon and Etsy!
Worst customer service . One person tells you one thing and then you go back the other person says something trying to make customer look bad.

Conrad is such a great guy and a lifesaver. He help rescue my cat name dog from choking on a one piece labubu. Thanks to Conrad the labubu was the limited edition Rare luffy!. 😺👍🏽
